5 stay types: King Suite, Standard Double Suite, The Villa, Superior Villa and the Two-bedroom Villa. Each has its own page with the room's size, bed configuration and photography.
Does every room have a kitchen?
Yes. Every one of the five stay types has a kitchenette; each room page lists what is in it.

At 1401 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, FL, inside the Art Deco Historic District in South Beach.
What is the building?
A three-storey Art Deco building from 1936, designed by L. Murray Dixon. The district has been protected nationally since 1979 and locally since 1986.
Can I book a stay on this site?
Not yet. This build is a design concept: the booking bar carries a visible Mock label, shows no rates and no availability, and sends nothing to any booking system. On the live site the booking step hands over to the hotel's booking engine.
How do I contact the hotel?
The hotel's own phone number and mailbox are being set up after the change of ownership. Until they are live this site publishes neither, rather than details that would be wrong. The contact page explains the current route.
