This notice covers the website of Corendon Beach Plaza, 1401 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. It describes what happens to personal data on this website. It does not cover a stay at the hotel or a reservation made through the hotel's booking engine; those are handled under the terms shown at the point of booking.
What this website collects
This site currently loads no analytics, advertising or tag-management script at all, and sets no cookie for those purposes. The measurement layer is built but deliberately inert until the hotel has its own measurement account and a consent banner. When that changes, this notice and the cookie notice are updated first.
The hosting platform that serves these pages records ordinary web-server information — the requested address, the time, the response status, a browser identification string and an IP address — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it against abuse. That information is not used to build a profile of you and is not combined with anything else on this site.
If you send us a message
Where this site offers a contact form, what you type into it is sent to the hotel by e-mail so that your question can be answered. It is used for that purpose and kept no longer than the correspondence needs. It is not used for marketing and it is not sold or shared with anyone outside the hotel and its mail provider.
That page also runs a spam-protection check by Cloudflare, called Turnstile, to tell a person apart from an automated script. It is not a passive thing: it loads from Cloudflare when the page opens, and to make that judgement it processes technical information about your visit — including your IP address and signals from your browser and device. Cloudflare acts as the hotel's processor for this and states that it does not use the data to build a profile of you or to show you advertising. What it does is set out in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy. The check runs only on the page that carries the form.

Your rights
You can ask what personal data the hotel holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Requests go to the hotel at the postal address above. Once the hotel's own mailbox is live, the e-mail route for these requests is published here and on the contact page.

If what this site does with personal data changes — in particular if a measurement or advertising tool is added — this notice and the cookie notice are updated before that change goes live.
